There are several important issues to cover during our two-hour meeting, including:

Updated Operating Agreement

Karin Veatch, vice chair, and Tamara Winfrey-Harris, president, have been working with Plews Shadley Racher Braun and CICF leadership on an updated operating agreement that reflects our new status and relationship.

Within the Consent Agenda, you will find a marked-up version of the agreement that clearly illustrates the proposed changes. Jennifer Bartenbach, CICF CEO, and Tamara have agreed on the terms. With board consent, Nichole Wilson, chair, Karin and Tamara will move the agreement forward for signing.
