The Women’s Foundation of Indiana (WFI) may capture photos, video, and audio during events and other activities. We use this content to share stories, highlight community voices, and support our mission.

I grant permission to the Women’s Foundation of Indiana (“WFI”), its representatives, employees, agents, partners, and assigns, to photograph, record, and/or film me and to use my name, likeness, image, voice, and any statements or quotations I provide (collectively, “Materials”).

I understand and agree that WFI may use these Materials in any format, including but not limited to photography, video, audio, digital and print materials, social media, websites, publications, advertisements, and other communications, for purposes including storytelling, education, marketing, promotion, and fundraising.I grant WFI the unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, and worldwide right to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, create derivative works from, publish, distribute, and display the Materials, in whole or in part, without further notice or compensation.

I understand that:

My participation is voluntary.

I will not receive payment or royalties.

WFI is not obligated to use the Materials.

Once published, Materials may be shared publicly and cannot be fully withdrawn or recalled.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished Materials and release WFI from any claims
related to their use, including claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or rights of publicity.
