This survey is confidential—while your name may be linked to your responses for internal tracking, your individual answers will not be shared outside of the Women's Foundation staff. Board Commitments

As part of your service on the board, Board members are required to make a personally meaningful donation of $1,000 or more. We hope that, as part of Women's Foundation leadership, you will include Women's Foundation among your top charitable contributions. Thank you! Your gift is foundational to our mission advancement.

*Staff will send pledge reminders in Q3 as needed.
Now, as Women's Foundation of Indiana, we are able to offer donor-advised funds, accept gifts to the Indiana Fund for statewide impact, and benefit from corporate matching programs.
*The VP of Philanthropy will follow up with you directly about these giving options.

All board members are asked to annually provide the names of 2-3 individuals and/or corporations who have the capacity to make financial contributions and/or sponsorships.
